Happy Friday! Enjoy today’s Happy List:
1. Homemade Beer Bread – My husband made this beer bread last night and OMG it was sooo good! He subbed olive oil for the butter to make it vegan.
2. New television: Saturday Night Live is airing a new, socially-distanced episode this weekend. One more episode of Tiger King is being released on Netflix Sunday, April 12th – The Tiger King and I (an after show) hosted by comedian, Joel McHale.
3. Baby Tiger Cubs at Zoo Miami – Such cuteness!
I love beer bread but I find that it gets dry really fast, which just means I got it all at once – not that’s a real burden or anything. LOL! Those cubs. Oh my gosh, I just want to give them a huge smooch! Have a great weekend!
